Future
Started as a simple first aid centre in 1957, CFC has developed into an efficient polyclinic. Today, it enjoys an excellent goodwill all over Nepal. It is a highly popular charitable health clinic in Nepal.

Further extension of medical consultations, introduction of more preventive measures, diagnosis and treatment facility is planned to help improve the health situation of the general public.

Proposed new building
The construction of two new buildings are also planned. The proposed first building will house two operation theatres, a well equipped ophthalmic and ENT clinics, and beds for post-operative treatment. With the addition of the proposed second building, emergency services will be also added thus converting CFC into Nepal's first community run hospital for the underprivileged and the poor.
Parts of the necessary medical equipment are already in place. In order to cover the construction costs, funds are being raised by the CFC in Nepal and by the Gesellschaft für Medizinisch-Technische Zusammenarbeit (GMZ) in Germany and Dr. Timothy Liptak in USA.
